My HK friend recommended this place. He knows the chef and he told me he is really good. I tried hagao, Shumai, shrimp with chives, pork bun and coconut bun. Everything was piping hot and fresh. I think this is the best dim sum place in PNW. I go to Richmond every month for dim sum so I know what good dim sum is

They are open early!! And the food is piping hot from the steamer. It was a great find traveling from out of town. The Shu Mai were large and delicious. Ordered quite a bit and it was all good. The bakery items were huge and also good. The custard bun is better than the pineapple bun but you can't go wrong with any of the baked goods. Oh so good

The service was prompt, and the ambiance had a bustling yet cozy feel. It's clear that they take pride in their craft. The variety on the menu was extensive, making it hard to resist trying a bit of everything. If you find yourself in Seattle and have a hankering for top-notch dim sum, this spot is a must-visit. Friendly staff, fantastic flavors, and an all-around delightful dining experience. I'll be back for more Siu Mai, Har Gow, Ha Cheung, Ngao Yuk, and definitely another round of that incredible Feng Zhao - no doubt about it!

Walked in just to try out a little bit of dim sum at a place I haven't been to. I'm always happy with my choices in Chinatown/International District. Today I walked over for lunch. Most of the tables were taken. The scene is very humble and laidback. No frills type joint. Only one guy was ordering in front of me in line. I waited about five minutes and walked out with my order. I had the shrimp and pork shui mai, BBQ pork buns, and spare ribs. I only ate half and am filled with food and joy. Sometimes a lil bit of food helps fight the Seattle gloom.

So delish! Now that I know what a rice roll is I can order them. Had one with mushroom. The Chinese broccoli is so yummy. The fried rice with shrimp was also delicious, as were the shrimp dumplings and the Bao. This place is awesome. Will definitely return!

This is my dad's favorite spot for baked pork rolls, I think. We ordered some and brought them home for breakfast in the morning. The rolls were large and cost about $2.75 each. We remembered them being different but maybe we got turned around or remembered incorrectly.

We came into Home Style at 9:00 AM on a Sunday. This was the perfect time to come in. It wasn't too busy, it was quiet and a nice way to wake up. We enjoyed our tea and the following foods: Salt and pepper squid-these were so good! They were light but also flavorful. They were good on their own or with soy sauce & chili oil. The green onions made it pop. Chive Shrimp dumplings-these were chewy and savory. I loved these! Beef chow fun-this was so good. They have photos of the chow fun in their menu that look so good. This dish was my favorite of the day. It was hearty and also refreshing. We got some Green onion and Cocktail buns to go. I am officially hooked on both of these. Their green onion buns are the best, and they are generous with the green onions, sesame seeds and sauce on these. The cocktail buns are sweet and salty-the pineapple filling is excellent. I love homestyle! Their food is tasty and comforting, and there are so many things I want to try.

I went to get dim sum with seven other people, and we all had a good experience. It was decently busy when we went in the afternoon so we waited for about half an hour to get seated. We ordered a bunch of plates of food including lotus leaf sticky rice, fried rice, fried noodles, noodle rolls, BBQ pork buns, century egg and pork congee, Chinese donuts, and my favorite, ham sui gok. I didn't take any photos unfortunately, but all of the food looked and tasted great. The only thing I wish were different is that the fried rice and congee had a little more flavor. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The food was very reasonably priced, and my group ordered everything family style and split the bill as such.
